A slightly different ariel portrait of Chris taken in a field near Tadcaster.
Note that Chris didn't squash any barley - he was in a tractor track when taking this leap.
a 550EX and 430EZ both on high looking down onto Chris
All good fun, and for the landscape lovers, a lovely sky too

Very grown up comic book image. Great colour and there's a certain amount of unique style about it and more than a touch of playfulness too. My wee niggle is the sky and the leg being in perfect alignment makes for a bit of a false appearance... great fun tho'. helen
Like this a lot Ade, the timing and effect is great. I've just started reading a book called the 'Hot Shoe Diaries'. Admittedly it's geared around the Nikon CLS system, but it's put me on a great learning curve about using off camera flash. Plus it's fun having a good play too!!
Cheers, Sean
Looks close to the Dave Hill look Ade, great lighting but a bit to tango on the face otherwise i love the image its very creative and the lighting is spot on. I have seen a lot of images like this on other sites but this is very well done. keep up the good work Ade.
Regards
Tony

Amazing how much you have managed to pull out of the raw file, well processed image and great concept shot.

Cheers everyone
Most of the processing was done in Capture One with Curves and stuff - no too much in photoshop except sharpening the barley
oh - and thanks for the user awards Cole, Dave and Martin ![]()
Hooray - got a PA at last!
Cheers team - been a long time coming and tastes sweeter for it.
Well done for the PA, it's a cracking shot with fun and originality.
