Taken early this morning at Southwold.
Many thanks for looking.
like the way the clump of cloud is at the end of the pier.lesley
Wow, leave it at that!
Everything here is perfect--your pov, perspective, exposure, and color! Perfect
A lovely tranquil feel to this image, superb colour.
Thanks for sharing this. I love this type of slow shutter speed shot which looks great and not so easy to get right but this is a realy nice example. The detail in those rocks is excellent and they lead the eye so nicely into the rest of the shot and that amazing sky.
awesome conditions, light, composition superb
This photograph has great colours and dynamism.
A stunning view.
Warm regards, Iain.
The pier meeting the cloud is fabulous.
Fantastic, Clive. Terrific positioning to place that explosion of cloud appearing to emanate from the end of the pier where some beautiful light has been captured. Fine, fine shot.
Super composition and colours. I don't think you could improve this at all.
I think your composition here is excellent Clive, the detail of the rocks and lead-in have already been mentioned, that along with the light and exposure for the water make this a stunning image - I love it
a lovely pier shot..great colours captured
Love this stunning shot. Clive.
super shot Clive, beautiful colours.
beautiful shot, and great detail in the rocks...
Love the echo of cloud and sea.
Many thanks to everyone for taking the time to view/click/comment, all are very much appreciated.
Thank you Sarah for the award, also much appreciated.
Have a good xmas
Wow thats some cloud! Wish there was light like this around this morning, you certainly picked a good day to go Clive.
Absolutely gorgeous,brilliant colours.
Wishing You A Very Good Christmas And A Happy New Year xxx
Real rush of motion on this. Being really picky I think the nearest hut on the pier could do with a little more sharpening as it seems to be a little soft in the big version.
Looking forward to going back there with the full filter kit...
Superb work Clive...
