About Me
My name is Paul Murray, a simple man who just loves capturing images to share with the world. Photography to me is the best, most fun way to capture those wonderful and special experiences in life. Whether it is with the family, out for a walk or helping someone else capture their special day or experiences.
To me photography plays a huge part in our life and the world's history by storing moments as an image for all to see. This its self makes me feel proud and happy to be able to do my part, but the best part of all that we can all store a part of history through the art of photography.
I also love being in the great outdoors, just being able to wander around wondering what you will see and discover on your way. I spent most of my youth in the Army Cadet Force learning various skills and travelling around the UK to different training camps. Its was from this I developed my passion for photography, my uncle gave me my first 35mm camera that I took with me to every camp. I loved coming home to show my family and friends the images I had captured while out on an adventure or just the fun I had while away. It was being able to share this with others that attracted me to photography in such a big way.
So instead of giving you my life's history evolving in the world of photography. I’m going to stop here and just ask you to go and enjoy some of the images I have captured in my portfolio and leave you with a wonderful quote that I think sums up the purpose of photography.
"The smallest image help's create a big part in history"
