Caught my eye as I was wandering through Bedarieux on Market Day. The stack of fish with their steely gaze fixed upon the passers by and some bearing teeth as if to warn from coming too close!

Converted to mono in CS3.

I think — good! Actually, better than that. I love the way the fish in the nearest group all seem to be reaching out towards the lens. It's nice and contrasty, the depth of field is very well controlled, and the composition is spot on. I wouldn't change a thing.

That fish on the rh top thirds is positively glaring at me! Great image, and strangely amusing! You've a great portfolio - especially the mono!

An amazing mono image - love the DOF and narration. Also The two on the left look like a couple of heavy’s don’t they. Cant think how you managed to spot this.. superb!
