A great looking bird,good colour & detail.
The bg is quite messy though,I think you could have afforded a shallower dof to render it far more out of focus to draw attention to the bird as the colours are quite similar & he is blending into the bg somewhat.
Slightly more room above the head would be ideal but perhaps not possible in the environment your were faced with & I would have been tempted to provide a little more space in front of the bird & a little less behind as he is a bit central in the frame.
The exposure is well controlled,nothing overdone there & no particularly noisy bits due to the high ISO..well done !

This is very well done. I don't often say this, but just a bit tight on the top of the head. A little more top space.
