Good morning...

We had our first hot sunny day of Spring yesterday but it was raining awards for me. I was overwhelmed by your votes and comments yesterday, broke my record for number of votes and awards.
A heartfelt thank you to you all especially to Kate, Myra, Brian65, Briantjjones, Kathryn, Ju and Bill (Richmowil) for their UA's

This image was another lesson in looking for the unusual in a bed full of flowers. He got all 10 of us to lie on the ground and look into the flowers. I spotted this small flower below the taller flowers...it made for good diagonal lines. On the lighter side a small girl walked past holding her Dads hand and said...Dad why are all these people lying on the ground...he stopped and asked us what we were looking for...silly fella
have a nice dayGrinGrin

Why were you playing ring-a-ring-a-roses instead of paying attention?

This is a lovely study.
Is it OK to say I prefer the image you conjured up yesterday?
It probably added to my Cloud Nine feeling this morning - absolutely breathtaking and I still remember it.

Other flowers are available.

A beautiful image Colleen. I like the overall colour and the way the background makes it look as though this flower is lost amongst so many others. Well seen and photographed.

Another Beauty Colleen, i was once photographing in a disused railway station, the last train to have used it was 1964. Anyway i had camera on tripod photographing birds on a feeding station when a man came past, he said what you doing, i said i am waiting for the next train in to town, he called me allsorts of names for that but i thought it was funny.
