Good morning.....
Thank you so much for the great response to my lily flower, much appreciated. A big thank you to Jukka (Kuvailija) and to JackyP for their User awards, always makes my day.
Spotted this very tiny butterfly (the size of my thumb nail) flitting around on a bush near to the flowers from yesterday. I am never good with butterflies but was suitably chuffed with these.
An ID would be great...
Have a nice day GrinGrin

It's probably a 'blue' something or other but the pictures are very good as it's not your normal subject, Colleen.

What a little beauty - clever you managing to capture it at all!
My favourites are V2,V3,V4 as I love to see as much colour and pattern as possible.
I think V2 has extra artistic appeal though!

Ooo...excellent close-ups, Colleen. Vs 2, 4 and 5 show off the patterning really well! I'm glad Mike ID'ed it. I assumed it was some sort of blue but it's good to know the exact one. I don't think we have this here.

What a fabulous set of images of this beautiful little blue butterfly Colleen, v4 and v5 are the stand out shots for me. I think you should start snapping more butterflies you've obviously got the hang of it. The best times to snap them are early in the morning or in the evening as they are less flighty at this time and much easier to approach
