Morning all. A wee try at fungi shots. I have no idea whether they are mushrooms or toadstools. My back is killing me today now, and got some funny looks from passersby Sad. Thanks for C&Cs on last upload.

I like the light in this image Moira. It is so difficult to isolate mushrooms as large as this but the leaves in the foreground enhance the image and the background gives a good impression of the forest floor.

I get many a funny look and equally derogatory comments when passers bye spot me flat out photographing such: when I explain what I am doing they remark that they cannot understand why I even bother, or sentiments to that effect.
You, like me and so many others, appreciate this micro world and revel in the transient beauty of these life forms.
And you have captured this small cluster so well, Moira.
