Hi

Well thanks very much all those that have enquired how I am doing and messaged emailed and pm'ed me. Relatively good news a slight change to diet and up one drug and get out and about more !

Apparently those endorphins we get from exercise make a massive difference. With the really nasty yucky weather we have had , I like many have not been walking as much as we normally would hence it had an effect in conjuction with other factors.

It would also appear winning the lotto would help, take note Camelot !

So today we are off to visit Chilham, a picturesque Hamlet between Ashford and Canterbury. No doubt if we manage anything decent in the fullness of time it will be uploaded to this fine site.
