Been off work now for a few days ill, the levels shuttling about inside me making me feel yeuch....
Thankfully I have an appointment at 07:30 in the morning for some blood tests et al at the Hospital .... then a pm visit to the doc ....
Hopefully they can sort it out as I have not changed anything of late, diet or exercise wise. Although stress is a factor as is my smoking !
No food or even worse for me coffee from 8pm tonight .... so it is a sleeping tab and wake with a caffeine headache ( lack off ) in the morning. I better not troll the galleries till well after the caffeine has hit the system .... never know what I would say ! 
Thanks for all the pm's, emails etc with words of encouragement and good wishes they are all very much appreciated

Checking back on your blog to check on progress Colin, hope all goes well with the tests. Hope the smoking cessation is continuing, if its not, then please dont be hard on yourself, just keep trying. Its not easy, but if at first you dont succeed, try, try then try again. You know it makes sense.

oh dear, seems there is something in the air or water at the moment, fingers crossed tomorrow's results are all good!!! me been rather yucky too of late, im sure it must be the depressing weather, however my doctor didn't even want to do tests, just gave me antibiotics and said see how they go.......... as of yet, not doing an awful lot. so may demand some tests. all the best and hope you feel better soon x x
