Hi

Not had a lot of time or if I am honest inclination to blog daily ... so apologies to the one or two that pm'ed and/emailed me ...

I have managed to stabilise my levels or so it seems, not just so tired and fatigued and have one more visit to the specialist team come Weds so we will see what happens.

This coming week we hope to manage a couple of days together and to get out and about .... not so much for new material though that is always welcome and needed , have an upcoming short sessions at a local school and need loads of local images for that ... but no mainly to get out and get some fresh air and stretch under used muscles ... to be able to do that and hopefully in sunshine is all am looking forward to, also have a day down in Sussex on Tuesday with another epz'er so were all looking to a good day then too.

Wednesday a busy day .... as above plus an interview for a promotion of sorts at my day job..... and weather permitting would love to do a day at Port Lympne before the season fully starts as plan to be there at least once a month throughout Spring and Summer.....

So we have plans and we have hopes , lets hope then that the weather plays ball !

Good to hear your feeling better. It's true about those endorphins you mentioned in your previous blog. Exercising does make you feel better. Since starting at the gym I feel so full of energy these days, I find I can walk for miles without getting too much out of breath. Looking forward to seeing your uploads in the coming days too. Now the finer weather keeps making an appearance, you'll be able to get out more and hopefully feel a lot better.
