Basically when the Red Arrows perform a split they are divided into two sections. One is called the Enid section and can't remember the other section. But this section is called the enid section after Enid Blyton and I have no idea why - i was listening to the commentator!

Fascinating - I wanted to find out more, so I've 'googled' them. It's called the Enid formation (after Enid Blyton as you've said) because of 'The Famous Five' books - there are five jets in this formation! Grin Thanks Connor! Smile
