Goodbye Canon 3XL

Some of you may be scratching their heads now, trying to think of a Canon model by the name of 3XL, but let me spare you the trouble and explain that 3XL doesn't refer to a camera, lens or photographic accessory at all - unless you count a T-shirt with the name of a camera manufacturer on it as a photographic accessory.

About two and a half years ago I started exercising more and eating less, which resulted in great weight loss and going down several clothing sizes. The result, of course, was that I had to buy a whole new wardrobe. And the old one went to charity. Only in going through my old wardrobe and giving the garments away, I passed over one item, probably because I didn't want to let it go although I knew it didn't fit anymore, and that was an almost new black T-shirt with a big red Canon logo on it.

But since then, not only my body weight has changed, but my chosen camera brand as well, because I've switched to a lightweight Olympus camera. So not one but two reasons to get rid of the shirt. The result was that I decided to get rid of it. But I couldn't bring myself to give it to charity, I wanted it to end up with an enthusiastic photographer. So it ended up in an EPZ classified ad. The perfect solution, I feel.

Now here's hoping that a 3XL-sized Canon-owning EPZ-er will want it...
