We managed to restrict ourselves to just one bag of chocolates, which we ate walking around Bruges one afternoon. Sheer, unadulterated Heaven!

There is a chocolatier in Hove ( near Brighton ) which I visit, but unlike yourself I go when they are open.

Usually end up spending around £40

Perhaps on the next visit ( Saint Valentine's Day is not too far away ) I should take the camera and ask if I can take some shots of the displays.
