Years ago I made an attempt to turn a colour photo taken at Samphire Hoe, near Dover, into a faux infrared image - but not very successfully, I should add.

So when I knew I would be passing the location again last month, I made sure I had my IR-converted old G2 with me to give myself a better shot (no pun intended) at using this second chance well. To my delight the weather was pretty good for the time of year, and the image below is one of the results.
