Every major city probably has flower stalls, but those in Amsterdam are different, because you can buy more than cut flowers there. They cater for more than just the local public that wants to take flowers home and put them in a vase. After all, Amsterdam is the most popular tourist destination in the Netherlands, so flower stalls also sell flower bulbs in attractive packaging, as you can see in this photo.

Typical for Amsterdam - you see stalls selling bulbs on the streets, along canals, they're everywhere.
