I went shooting in a car park last night and I took this after a - currently rare - flash of inspiration.

Framed up, set the camera on a 10 second self-timer, and tried to capture myself in-movement the best that I could. Took a few failed attempts to get myself coming out from behind the pillar at the just the right moment so that I was placed in the frame where I wanted to be (between the two pillars).

Thanks for looking,
Michael.

Well timed! This would be a difficult shot to get the composition right using an unwitting stranger, the fact you have achieved it using yourself as the "model" is to be applauded.
