Great shot and well stitched together. I could imagine this on a huge billboard advertising Gap Kids or something. Very well done.

Yes, I love this idea.
Recently I saw a similar idea on a Venture Stand at a shopping centre (in as much as it had children and loads of ball pit balls in it). I stood and looked at it and realized that many of the balls had been cloned (which is fine) but they had been cloned in the same groups and looked so obvious.
Even if I hadn't been into photography it would have always annoyed me about the photo had it been one I had commissioned!
I have had a good look at this one and can't see anything as obvious as the Venture one!
