The set-up is dead easy. 1x Flash with softbox directly in front of and slightly above the subject - and that is it!

The toning was done with a free PS plug-in that I found on the web. Its supposed to simulate a lith print effect. Also a tiny amount of diffuse glow was added just to smoothen the skintones.
