Dave, got a bit of a disaster going on with regard to the DVD. (video link between sky and DVD recorder which is upstairs has stopped working). Just for you I'm gonna plug in the DVD recorder downstairs )

Dead easy to light. 1x Flash head with softbox above the camera and a Lastolite Triflector below the camera.

thanks for your feedback - really like your p/f - I feel your faces seem really alive whereas my lighting often is lacking this lustre - think I'm not moving lights about enough with kids and haven't used a triflector before - will need to try your suggestions - thanks again
