An intersting shot indeed! great tones and lighting plus a very dynamic pose.
I'd be inclined to agree with Hannah, about something not being quite right, i think it may be the tight cropping on her head, i'd prefer either more of her head or much less, maybe cropping out the eyes completely.
great strong image, would it improve if the model wasnt as central and included all of arm? Like the lighting and tone.

As it is a work in progress, have you thought about just concentrating on the upper torso? It seems that is where the it all happens.
With this in mind I would reduce the bottom half to just below the chest. Only problem is that the size of the image then is such an odd one. Like the rest, colouring etc. click
