I believe that V1 is female and V2 are males....once again, I did not record in the exhibition, which frog this is. For those who have not seen earlier photos in this series, these frogs were part of a traveling exhibition that closed in early January at the American Museum of Natural History in New York.

Thanks all for your votes and comments on the earlier photos in this series.

Peter

The colours of the frogs in your series has never ceased to amaze me, Peter.
You have got very good eye contact with these two images - not sure I have ever 'eyeballed' a frog before..!

The males seem to be darker in colour....great images Peter....I have learnt a trick, when I see names/plaques with names of species on it I capture that as well then when I download images at home you have all the names with the images of the subjects.
Must have been a very interesting frog display. Well captured yet again
