Thank you very much for everyone who commented and/or voted on my last upload, especially to ChristineD for her coveted user award.

This pic is of a leopard, taken in Zambia's South Luangwa National Park. He was doing what leopard's don't usually do - sitting around in the open, in broad daylight. On top of that he seemed very happy to let us share his space for a while, how nice was that? I'll never get tired of watching leopards, so we didn't leave til he did!

The eye contact and colours are breathtaking, Alex.
Being a bit 'picky' I would have cloned out the stick on the left...
... but many natural history photographers don't believe in cloning.
