sorry I got no idea as to what type apart from it a little bird , not often I actually manage to capture them either , they normaly fly off before I get focused on them Sad
the next few days i'm going to try upload images that I done nothing to apart from maybe cropped them Smile

Yes, I think it's a LTT, the long tail is behind the branch.
Not easy to capture, unless at a feeding station.

Great to see you venture into other subjects and meet the challenges.
If we could all get the images we want without any manipulation, we'd be a triumph!
Lovely bird image - you do need long lenses to get in close but well done with clear background.
Too many branches behind a bird spoils it and blocks the light.

keep at it gwynn your getting there its not easy the old bird photography can take hours for them to land in the right spot to get a decent bird on a stick photo, as was said the branches do distract from the bird, and it is a long tailed tit very hard to get a shot of these they dont stay around to long im yet to get one,
