not too sure but think this be the old Penny Bank in Leeds , unfortunately they built some bus shelters spoiling the view , though it seems like most other older buildings, the best part of the architecture appears above street level SmileSmile

A cracking capture of this wonderfully ornate and opulent example of fine English Architecture Gwynn. May I suggest that you try 'if possible' to correct vertical axis in order to straighten up the image, alternatively tick the modification button and let one of us have a go for you...

A great image that would look much better after straightening it,I hope you dont mind me say this,but I thought at first it was my eyes,
And I also know that I am far from being a great photographer,but please dont be offended as I do like it.Wink

strange ..... when I first came to Leeds I decided pictures of the tops of builings were in order,
I even found vantage points to take said pictures
It was going to be the book of the century....Wink

Nice photo Gwynn. I think a little straightening of the building will help. I like the lines formed by the bus and the bus stop and don't mind for the missing part of the building. Also I think a bit more contrast will help.
