I know it not a brilliant upload over manipulated it as it looks a bit grainy , just wanted to show this particular shot of the train approaching Haworth Station , I'm not sure but to me it looks as though there is an incline coming up around this bend , another reason for uploading this is to make up for the missing funnel on yesterdays upload , nice bit of steam and smoke there for those that like seeing it Smile

The graininess seems to suit this image, all gritty and steamy. I like the low view point, it makes the approaching train more powerful.Smile

The low POV at rail height helps enhance the magnificence of the old steam loco: it does look as if it is coming off an incline but that's no disadvantage.

A stunning image capture from the best possible point of view which really exaggerates the enormity of such a beauty train.

The perfect view point to show off the power of this beauty. The graininess doesn't seem to interfere at all.

No need to apologise for this one Gwynn.
I love this with the train wending it's way round the bend.
Grain doesn't matter with all that smoke!
A really good pov.

A great image...
I think the train a bit too far on the right side.
So I feel the image is right side heavey..
This image would also be good in mono as well...
Just have a play at cropping to make it look good in your own eyes...
