I really dont use the phrase 'Wow' very often, but.....Wow!

can't go past this photo, it is truly amazing. I'm going to read your macro blog. I'm only using a reverse ring for my macro photography so I need to get up close and personal with my subjects and most of them find me (the giant of them) intimidatingSad and as you probably know there are a lot of limitations using a reverse ring, however, I am grateful for my reverse ring, It has enabled me to capture a whole new world, I never took notice of before.

Thank you so much for checking out my 'mama, I'm scared' image and naming the little critter Grin, I'm going to google it.

I don't think it's a big issue Ava. My MP-E65's working distance is 4 inches and below. The minimum magnification starts at 1X (1:1), and the working distance at this magnification is 4 inches, front of lens to subject.
