Penguin colony on Boulders Beach, South Africa. Arrived down at the beach at the earliest possible time I could be allowed access and was rewarded by having these little fellas to myself for about half an hour - fabulous way to start the day.
I like the emergence of the second 'gang' in the background!

I know what you mean by having the beach to yourself. I was on one beach in the Falklands and there were an estimated 75,000 of these Magellanics there, far to many to get a good grouping as you have in this photo. I like it. And I like the B & W as well. Ken
