Thanks for looking and for all your previous cc's

and for the UA 's on my last upload really appreciated and unexpected..

Todays upload is a first just went up to the hide for a couple of hours as the weather and light wasn't too good .. at first I thought it was a sparrow only when looking closer realised its a lesser redpoll ... The very first ive seen ..

fingers crossed it will come back again..

Nice portrait of a beautifully marked bird David.
Like the turn of the head pose.
Maybe darkening the highlight bottom LH would remove a distraction. Also a light spec top RH third edge.
Hope you get some more shots of it soon?

just so pleased to get a capture that the only thing I have done is to crop it .. will post another tomorrow hopefully with a better background

Superb shot of the Redpoll David. Lovely presentation but I do find the mark on the perch where a branch has broken off is attracting my eyes all the time. May I respectfully suggest that this could be darkened and thereby restore full attention to the bird only.Where it belongs.GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

A terrific shot of this beautiful little bird David, I would have been chuffed to bits to get this one. I managed a few shots of the redpolls at Slimbridge but got nothing as good as this
