This is a wonderful shot: evocative and skilfully shot.

It looks jsut a little too bright and pristine, though, to be a straight image: i know hte godfathers of current aerial photography tweak things a lot, but I wonder if something less sharpened and polished would capture the spirit of Bomber Command better?

Please let me know if I am entirely worng, and this has simply been cropped and resized from the camera!

HI DUDLER, yes this picture was cropped, not by much, but wanted to show crew inside, it hasnt been sharpened or anything else done to it, the lancaster flew on three occasions that afternoon, this time coming close. thankyou for the comments much appreciated.....Alan
