I just had to share this with everyone. I took it with a basic camera in a waterproof case while swimming literally 3 meters away from these magnificent creatures in Ningaloo reef S.W. Australia. This has got to be the most amazing experiences I have ever had. There were three of them, this one was about 7 meters long and all the little fish round it were giving it a good clean. Absolutely awesome. I was just buzzing.
Thanks for looking and I would appreciate your comments.
Karen

WOW! What a shot. The shark is so clear nose to tail, great visibility and beautiful colour.

I can't imagine being that close to something so big, don't think I'd manage to take the shot!! Amazing experience I'm sure. Great capture.

Excellent capture - I've got an agreement with sharks; I keep out of the ocean, and they keep out of my bath.............Bill

Magic shot. The split between the surface and underneath works nicely.

Wow - we got to swim with turtles and slightly dodgy white tips - bt these guys are something else as is Ningaloo Reef and the whole west coast (we got up to Coral Bay and then Exmouth - amazing place.

By the way smashing shot - very impressed - I am very envious

Wow, surely one of your best shots, Karen, and an experience of a lifetime. I love the inclusion of the surface, the light on the shark, the little "cleaner" fish and those wonderful markings. Superb.
