Been playing around with one of the images of Angus (or Fluffy as he is sometimes known).
Decided to rotate the canvas a bit to make the eyes horizontal, I think it works better.

I shall take you out to photograph something else....
Thanks Cole - I'll look forward to it. Shall we say Monday?
Superb image, those eyes are great
Thanks Chris, I think the eyes are more prominent because of straightening the image, well at least that's what I felt.
beautiful shot. Great presentation
You can't call a top predator / killing machine Fluffy!
Top quality work as always anyway, I do like the peering through stuff style

I didn't, it stems from some old shots taken in the rain and more importantly as Angus shook of the water - he went all, well fluffy.
FANTASTIC SHOT ! Wonderful detail.
Superb. What a great shot.
That little bit of rotation has made all the difference Cheryl.
Fluffy...goodness,that's something out of Harry Potter isn't it?
Lovely capture of a beautiful boy! Marilyn x

Well it seems Fluffy is a hit despite the name, well done! The peeping through the rocks effect is the winning factor for me, makes a standard portrait into something far more interesting I reckon!
Well I did think Pete might like he "straightened" Angus as he liked the previous version.
Never occured to me until yesterday that although the camera was parallel to the ground (ie. level) that the angle Angus was standing at on the rock was losing some impact in his eyes. So a little rotaion and a portrait with more impact.
Off to shoot some autumn colour this weekend with a few ePZ'ers. So hopefully post something a bit different next week. Then I'm afraid it will be a couple of days at the MWFC.

Nice shot Ed
No it just means people get to see more static bird shots
I had never though about the issue with the eyes. It is a good insight and it really is striking, especially in the big version.
You straightened it & now look what has happened
Well done Cheryl.
Nowt wrong with that!!!! Should be a good weekend so im told. Similair weather to today, Cool but sunny with minimal cloud. Probably snow now ive said that.
Bit of cloud is good though Ed, takes the harshness out of the light.
Cheers all, off down south for a bit of Autumn colours for a couple of days. So hopefully some nice colourful uploads next week
Your work is simply amazing. I am in awe, regards Tara x
Still knocking out the EC's then Cheryl, nice work!......Ade
