A wonderful image! love it!
Superb light and head angle showing a cracking eye and coat detail Cheryl. Not so sure with above the wolf as looks to be lots of space not doing much. Have you tried a closer crop at all
Lovely shot. Well done.
Excellent shot, Cheryl.
Spot on focus and DoF, lovely light too.
Great shot.well done.
Love it, cracking shot
The light and the details look great, good angle of the head to get the eyes. Fine work.
A Excellent shot
I've tried the crop on all the shots that I want to at the moment Richard, this is as taken and at the time was with a purpose of including the environment.
I try these days to always include some environment as it is too easy to get sucked in to every shot filling the frame and I am trying to break a bad habit Seriously I used to use the far end of any zoom lens and forgot to ever change the composition, it is a very easy trap to fall in to.
I have a couple of others, but they are only slight variations of head position on earlier uploads, but I may upload one with a different crop at a later date.
Very nice image Cheryl, the whole wolf series has been a bit special.
A beautiful shot, the light is wonderful. The whole series is stunning.
I found that the same Cheryl, but with the 800 Prime I have given up walking back a mile with the Stags, decide now to just fill the frame
Congrats on the HC
...big bad wolf
Not me! BTW.....Wolfs killed many lambs here this week! Only a few kilometres from where I live.........
