Hi ten out of ten ,for patience and effort, great, happy new year regards gray.
Cracking shots. Excellent.
I have one idea that I hope I can make work tomorrow. The bubble shot I need to work out how to centre the bubble where the drop falls. Not easy.
Do you use glycerine to thicken the water to make the bubble or is the water very shallow?
Hi Alan, I did try glycerine, the kind you can buy from a chemist, but it did not have the desired effect on the collisions. So then whilst I was try to get the water bubble shots I noticed that the collisions had more width to them. So now I add a capful of the bubble liquid to the water which seems to help. I presume washing up liquid would have the same effect. I would guess that it is the reduction in surface tension that has affected the result.
