Fantastic, I can never get the moon and the trees so beautifully as you have here, what was your settings if you don't mind me asking? Lovely shot and agree haunting Smile

It was just about underexposing it. The sky was actually quite a lot lighter, but because you need to underexpose the moon to get any detail, the sky was darkened also - but fittingly so. The moon however was very low and yellow, around 5.30pm I guess. Think 1/125sec handheld, at 200mm, f/5.6 sufficed as the trees were in the distance also.
