Hi Jude - I thought this was the Alujarras from the light and architecture - this is really lovely. Where did you go? I love the light on the cats face.

Paul, it's in the highest village - Capiliarra, I think it was called. The old houses with their funny chimneys were fascinating to see.
Hi Jude - I kind of recognise that name. We went to a lovely village called Ferreoila (spelling may be wrong there) - and they spoke of the highest village.
Driving around all those mountain roads was a little monotonous though didn't you find? Especially with other cars zooming around the corners. Eek, had to get used to that.
