Sweet and funny. I don't like seeing children with dummies either but removing it would probably have resulted in tears!
The composition and presentation are clever. Partial desaturation seems to work particularly well with images of young children, but I'd prefer to see less magenta in this.

I love this! Capturing her doing what she has seen others doing. I love it when such young children are being so smart at this age. The colour in this perfect for me with the greens in both jacket and window. The bit of magenta sets it off for me with her skin tones. Beautiful work on this Steve.......Sandy
Guess getting the key to the door takes place when you are very young in your house!! 
well Ann i gave it that title because she knowsshes not really allowe d the keys in case she loses them
Charming and so typical of children, well captured V1
in v2 she's trying to open the doors but her hand isn't strong enough to turn the key yet
I love this image for the composition, the lighting is perfect and I don't have a problem with the dummy, very natural image.
