I've called this 'Peaceful' because the calmness of the water felt exceedingly peaceful having just come up from taking photos at the bottom of the weir (see last upload). The difference was marked from the thundering water as it came over the weir to the calm water above it.
I've worked this image in colour and as a sepia. This old bit of machinery, which must have had something to do with the flow over the weir, has a timeless feel to it, as do sepia images. I like both images so being undecided which to post I thought I'd put both up.

An interesting subject, Jude, with good light, and I like the reflection in the background too.
A good composition, Jude, and I like the contrast between natural and man-made.

Being old, and rusty, V2 sepia works a treat Jude. Like both versions though. Nicely composed
