Hi, we're just back from a lovely two weeks on Zakinthos. Its a bit of a mixed place, parts are far too touristy for me but other areas are wild, dramatic and so quiet you can just loose yourself.

This image was taken on the south western tip of the island as the sun was going down one evening. I use a grad to keep the detail in the sky and while allowing me to get detail in the foreground.

Many thanks for looking,

Jude

Excellent composition with setting sun captured nicely between the tree branches.
Exposure well handled with the grad.

Beautifully composed and detailed, I love the remains of the dead tree which in a weird way balances out with the vibrant colours of the trees opposite, and the setting sun placed perfectly between the V on the old tree. A well thought out photograph, beautifully presented, Bill.

Oh this is wonderful.
So much of interest, different natural textures.
Beautiful 'milky' colour tones of sea and sky.
Very well composed and taken.
