Another song to keep you going today,.
i have often been asked why John and his family still farm in the traditional way.. well here is the answer. Can you thik of a more idyllic scene
Good use of the wide angle lens here Danny ~ fantastic sky.
Beautiful scene Dan, love those clouds,
Wonderful scene, Farming as it used to be.
Danny this is wonderful. All that emptiness, and the huge weight of sky above. Classic.
Wonderful wide open space. Gorgeous.
An inspirational piece of photography, which from your well chosen point of view, and a little help from your Wide Angled Lens, you have managed to capture on of the most appealing images. Simply quite beautiful.
Wonderful landscape Dan.
Lovely sky, great pov
Off into those clouds Danny
another wonderful viewing of this lovely old way of farming
bravo to you for your series
Wonderful image and dramatic clouds. Deep
My idea of a most idyllic life....I hope they continue on through many generations.
Beautiful scene, and I am sure it's verry peaceful there with no machinery,I say Well Done John, carry on.
Nice central composition.
Riding off into the sunset.
The best of the lot!
A sense of 'in days gone by', a superb capture.
A beautiful image, Dan. Carol
Quote: ...why John and his family still farm in the traditional way.
Why not? Simple answer. Just think of the satisfaction of working together with those magnificent horses. Man and nature together.
I fear that here in Scotland Danny, old farming traditions are being lost.
There are too many farmers ''selling out'' to these providers of energy companies
who install these unsightly wind turbines in their fields.
I suppose times can be hard for some though, and a few extra noughts on their bank balance will not go amiss !!
Good traditional shot.
Home on the range, Danny. Idyllic indeed.
Something to look at and admire! Excellent image Danny!
Must make up a little for the long hours and back breaking toil of working on a farm of any kind.
Great use of the new toy Danny, well done.
A magnificent reward for a backbreaking job often in terrible conditions - a great composition and stunning , all I saw today were clouds of dust and mechanized beast harvesting the crops ... Carol
brilliant detail danny belting comp and tones a real gem nice one
Marvellous image and good title. I wish them every success.
I think that's a perfect answer, Danny!
A wonderful scene here - and what an amazing sky too
