Thanks to everyone for their comments and feedback on my last image, and to Pete and Sherlob and franfoto for the awards very much appreciated.
Going with a mono headshot of Fredau, with this upload, just like the reflective nature of the pose and her eyes too.
Balance of off camera flash and ambient light.
Thanks for looking

A classic, Rich. Straight out of the 40's or 50's.
Her eyes stand out so intensely even in mono.

Really well deserved, Richard. As has been said this has a timeless quality. There is a serenity reminiscent of renaissance portraiture in your image. Superb portrait.

A classy shot which I love. I notice many have said it has a timeless feel but i think it looks like one of the early mono images ; possibly her pose and thoughtful expression takes me to the early 19th century .Love the skin tones and the way you have caught the gentle curves of her bone structure.
Mary

A beautiful lady and portrait, I love the softness of this, it works so well especially in B&W.
I am just catching up Richard but no surprise to see the awards and comments on this one. A truly fabulous portrait with a truly classic feel. The quality stands out a mile even as a thumbnail.

PS Would love to see you do some headshots in a Film Noir style. I know you would do a great job and a model with this look would be perfect.
Beautiful portrait Richard and it works well in the nice soft mono tones
