You might think this is a sunset photo, but I actually took it in harsh afternoon sun. A bit of Photoshop pixie dust gave me something worth keeping. I warmed it up in Adobe camera RAW and enhanced the contrast to silhouette the darker areas.

You've done some great work here it look's really good,I dont live far from Criccieth,I cycle there quite often,I think I have two shots of the Castle in my PF,but not half as good as yours,Were you staying in Criccieth,I hope you had a good time.

Thanks for the kind words. I was staying in Porthmadog last November and we took a trip up the coast to Criccieth. A lovely part of the world. Even my wife liked the beaches and she's from Malaysia where they do a rather good line in beaches themselves.
