Here's the next photograph from my shoot with Kellie last Thursday. I can't decide between the colour and mono so have uploaded both.

Set up:

Elemental LR500+ with a 70cm gridded beauty dish, adjacent left at eye level, but tilted towards the backdrop by about 10 degrees, metered at F11

Elemental M600 rear and left aimed at Kellie's bum, with a snoot, metered at F5.6.5

Elemental M600 rear and right, with a background scoop, aimed upwards diagonally across the colorama storm grey backdrop paper. Metered at F8.

Nicely lit, for once it's the colour version for me. Geoff

I reckon this could divide 50/50, cos I certainly am! The mono has an ethereal feel to it, yet the colour has a vibrance, yet moody darkness at the same time. Either way, they are both fantastic. Really looking forward to this series....

Colour works better for me - perhaps if my monitor showed more detail in shadows I'd feel otherwise...

Nice. Ambiguous...

Thanks very much everyone. I'm glad the colour version is getting the votes as I always worry that I've uploaded them in the wrong order...
