Here's another shot from my shoot last week with Phili. I've done a little post prod work on the shot to adjust the composition, but otherwise it's just toned and desaturated.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for 2009, and look forward to speaking to you all in 2010. Have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Set up:
1 x Elemental M600 with a 32" x 48" softbox and grid, high and left, metered at F16

Tremendous image! Love the negative space and in this case, I think I prefer the colour version. Mind you, would be over the moon with either if I had done it! Very sultry look and the use of that mad chair really helps. Like this a lot
Thanks guys. This is my favourite image of the shoot. Have a great Christmas
excellent image
it,s simply captivating.the more you look, the more you see.
a timeless classic
I really like both images, nice light etc, and I'm a big fan of open space. I love the black and white one, and also really like the colour, however, the background on the colour one distracts me. Have you considered using the backdrop from your black and white conversion, with the colour version of the model and the chair?
I think that would, for me, make the best shot.
Well done.
