Ideal subject for b/w - I think the lighting is a bit harsh, a little diffusion would soften the reflections on his face and I'd suggest a tighter crop, concentrating on the face, hands and stick.

Thanks for your comments. The lighting was slightly harsh but the model was excellent and a sfriendly as he looks.
