This is the Web Bridge which spans the Yarra River in Melbourne close to Victoria Dock. There are thousands of photographs of this bridge but not many taken from the rooftop of a nearby apartment block.
I have cloned out several distracting lights etc but the rest is pretty much out of camera. I think what is missing is a person in a red coat walking onto the bridge in the middle right.

Really Excellent catch my dear Dave...... as u said someone in in the frame with a red coat is missing but not in the middle of the bridge .....i wl'd ask him to stand( facing Bridge) near the name post at the bridge Entrance......................
