Hi Dave I like the muted tones of this image. However you have chosen to select the left hand flower as the focal point and I feel it should be the central flower. When using close up lenses a large aperture will give you a very narrow depth of field so try a smaller aperture, f10 or even higher.
You could also loose part of the Right hand side as it is not adding to the image.

I agree with Trev, - it would look a lot better as he suggests, but otherwise its a very well done shot.
