This was taken with a sigma flash. I would any advice to what as caused the ghost round my subject

The "ghost" may have been caused by movement and to too low a shutter speed. Its probable that the camera moved (camera shake) when you took the shot. This may also be the reason why the shot is not sharp, or looks in focus.

You are just going to have to take the lady back there and try again Smile
