Just in case you thought Moondog were a Bass player short of a trio, here's Chris.

Maybe it could be said of all photographs, but this captures a moment in time. Super tones - the greys, I mean.
Thanks for your comments guys on the last three pics. Its very encouraging. I'm gonna be posting about 12 in all from the guys rehearsal and three are gonna be used for a poster. So your views are very much valued.
Cheers
David
ps. Paul, this is the state of modern Rock n Roll, bloody mineral water... still, Buxton is the best!
Great character study - you've captured him with an interesting expression - makes you wonder what he's looking at (and whether he's about to spit out the water ! ! !). Nice one. Bruce
The bg works much better on this one but I'm not too keen on the way he's obviously just taken a mouthful of water, it's not that flattering. I'm sorry for being picky again but that's only because I like your work and I think (hope!) you appreciate both positve and ngative feedback!! Again, I like the even lighting but I think this can afford to have the contrast levels increased slightly

Hi Pip, it does look a like chris has just found something nasty in his mouth ! ![]()
Of course I appreciate your comments Pip and I cant say I find anything negative in them. I got to admit I do like the bg of the brickwall, but thats down to me wanting to keep the old "garage band" feel alive from my memories of Punk. But then again why would I use two flash heads if I want to capture that grungy/ Punky feel ! Doh! Confused.com
I've got a shot of Chris where the cloth bg and the wall share space is that the kind of thing you have in mind around the bg.? I'll email it over to you pip to see what you think, if thats ok.
Thanks again Pip and all of you for taking the time to comment.
