With images of the normal size on this site, there to small to worry about copyright, let alone this size.

Sorry - image too small and why the text?

Upload a hi-res shot without the text - this could have easily been taken from google etc...

I am not going to upload a hi-res version because it's all too easy for anyone ( not an ephoto member ) to swipe the picture . It has been on my site for about 5 yearslink

Sorry David, I agree with Chris and Michael, the image is too small to comment on and the text spoils it, many views and few votes are a testament to that.

Maybe you should contact ePHOTOzine and suggest ways they can protect any images you upload (and other peoples), they are very open to comments and suggestions regarding website improvements.

Remember the largest size is only 400k (E2 members) and cannot be printed out very large anyway (3-4 inches), so it can be used on a website but not sold as a poster. A subtle watermark may be the way forward for you. If you continue as you are doing, you will receive few comments, few votes and few friends!

I hope this helps,

It's a great image by the way of a popular Scottish Landmark, well composed, interesting sky and good reflections.

Andrew.
